Order now and be the first to receive our super cute scrunchies made from recycled plastic bottles in Peru!
AYNI means “today for you, tomorrow for me” in Quechua and our name was inspired by the artisans in the small community of Amantani Island on Peru's Lake Titicaca.
Isolated in the mountainside far from the main cities and without electricity, the community of artisans we work with also heavily relies on tourism to support them. As you can imagine, times are very tough for them and many families have currently no income due to the ongoing international pandemic. We would like to support our artisans with your orders for scrunchies.
Handknitted from up-cycled Alpaca and Cotton, or from our newest yarn made from recycled plastic bottles, scrunchies are the perfect way to help us help our artisans.
100% of all profits from orders produced by the Amantani community will go directly to the artisans.
